Debian packages have been updated. Fedora (rawhide) and Ubuntu
(trusty) updates are in progress.
Highlights of the v1.9.5 release:
* this is a cumulative announcement for tags 1.9.3, 1.9.4 and 1.9.5
made over the past week. New issues were found after each tag.
* most of the improvements concern reTurn client library and recon
* there is now a parser for SIP INFO dtmf-relay message bodies
* recon can now integrate sipXtapi logging with reSIProcate logger
* although there is full binary compatibility with previous 1.9.x
releases, it is recommended that users from v1.9.1 or earlier
recompile all their code when they update to this version
