[reSIProcate-users] reSIProcate joins Fedora

To complement the existing Debian and Ubuntu packages, reSIProcate now
has packages in the Fedora Linux project
This is good news, as it means that SIP users on all these Linux
platforms can now call each other seamlessly, securely and reliably
using features like the federated SIP over TLS support and reTurn to
resolve NAT problems. Application developers can use the reSIProcate
libraries as a foundation for other applications that they want to
distribute in RPM format.
Thanks to Peter Lemenkov for reviewing the reSIProcate project and
accepting it into Fedora.
