Use the setOutboundProxy setting on the MasterProfile and create all sub Profiles with the Master as base (assuming you need individual Profiles for each call).  Or just use setOutboundProxy on each UserProfile you create.

Note:  If you want to use a Route header instead of just sending the message to the outboud proxy ip and port, then make sure you set the following profile setting:  setExpressOutboundAsRouteSetEnabled.
