My apologies - I forgot the link was to a tag and not the 1.7 branch.  I believe the fix was made in the branch.  I'll look at updating the website with the correct link tomorrow.

What is wrong here ?

To help clear things: what is the Revision Number of the reSIProcate code WITH the RNG fix applied ?
