        I see what is going on here. The fix in rev 8822 has broken cases where 
we are using TuSelector::mFallBackFifo (ie; tu==0), including testStack. This 
rev is also unnecessary as far as I can tell; the TuSelector handles this 
checking already at TuSelector.cxx:56. Reverting this change fixes the problem.
