There is no native support for TR87 in resiprocate, however it is possible to build a TR87 implementation on top of resip/dum.  The major ability to use other (other than SDP) body types in the offer/answer logic has been recently added, and that is the bulk of the changes that would be required to resip/dum to be able to implement that spec.
