Yes - Dum supports CRLFCRLF keepalives - however these are really only used to keep firewall pinholes open. They are not used to detect errors and end calls/sessions. See the following wiki page: http://www.resiprocate.org/DUM_Keep_Alive_Manager

I think you are right, that is NOT dum problem, it is because asterisk server stopped response to our UA sip message, I made a compare with X-lite and Dum, I found X-lite send a UDP message every 30 seconds(maybe heartbeat) to asterisk port 5060, so asterisk will continue provide service for it. but our dum UA does not send this, so asterisk may think our UA dead and removed it.
I don't know what is the UDP message X-lite sent , it seems a "\r\n", I attached the ethereal cap file, does DUM support this?
