UAS Prack support is currently being worked on in a branch. It won't be ready for the 1.6 release, but I expect it to be ready in time for 1.7.

Sip Early Offer is the ability of two user agents to communicate before
a call is actually established. In the case of recording, the SIP
Early Offer will indicate the codec required for the call.
