There is currently no special contents class for dialog-info+xml,
however you can use GenericContents in combination with XmlCursor to
extract the data in the body.
Note: There is some framework in place in DUM for implementing a
DialogEvent Subscription server. See
DialogUsageManager::createDialogEventStateManager
