[reSIProcate-users] What is the meaning of FD_SETSIZE limitation?

I do not quite understand the meaning of FD_SETSIZE limitation. Does
that mean that there cannot be more than FD_SETSIZE transports added?
Or does FD_SETSIZE limit the number of TCP/IP connections that can be
opened? Or probably both?
