Got it. I had a typo in Stack thread's process() --->

fdset.selectMilliSeconds(resipMin(mStack.getTimeTillNextProcessMS(),mStack.g
etTimeTillNextProcessMS());

Because of the above code, Stack thread wasn't scheduled for a long time !!!
