The reSIProcate stack itself contains everything you need to implement
the SIP signaling side of an audio or video conference server. You
would need to integrate it with a media engine.
The recon sub-project is the only project in the resiprocate SVN tree
that actually integrates a media stack (sipXtapi). This project is
currently capable of performing an audio conference, not a video
conference.
However I understand that some video work has been done in sipXtapi -
so you may want to post a question to the sipXtapi mailing list - you
can find links to the sipXtapi wiki on the recon wiki page.
