You can use the outbound proxy user profile setting.

Hi everyone,
How can I set a
SIP proxy address in either the SipStack or the DUM? Essentially, I'd like all
SIP traffic to go through the configured proxy rather than through DNS
resolution. Any pointers would be appreciated.
