I was building on RHEL 6.4 I fixed the problme by linking repro/cajun
to ../contrib/cajun after that it built fine.

Ah yes, I noticed that, I just commented out that lines when I built
CAJUN from sourceforge, but did not need to mess with that with
whatever is in contrib.

--disable-repro?
