It turned out to be my local problem. The link is generated by Firefox
and shown in HTTP error message returned by HTTP proxy.
This looks like a bug in Firefox (or one of its add-ons) which is
triggered when proxy is configured via PAC file
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proxy_auto-config). Putting the proxy
directly into Firefox settings solves the issue.
When I view-source on the Main_Page, I see the following:
