Hi,

Initializing a resip::Uri with a NameAddr does not throw a parse exception as one might expect. For example, initializing with the following:

        "random.dude (MP)" <sip:mpp-1717@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

results in :

        Uri scheme:"random.dude (mp)" <sip
        Uri:"random.dude (mp)" <sip:mpp-1717@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
