I did some more testing. The problem is:
app calls alice@xxxxxxxxxx
but there is no sip-server on 192.168.1.1 and app does not get any
sip-messages at all and waits for a timeout which occurs after 30 seconds.
Calling AppDialogSet::end() makes it even worse for my app, because the
callback onFailure() is not being executed after the timeout.
