Sorry, for confusion but please ignore my previous
post. It was different problem, caused by missing
propagating of offer rejection in B2B call.

As per the issue that you found, you probably meant
ReceivedReinvite->Connected transition in
InviteSession::provideAnswer. It should be
ReceivedReinvite->Answered, correct?
