[reSIProcate] Interpreting REGISTER

Hi,

I am writting a small application using resiprocate for tests purposes
and I got the following problem:

How do I interpret users updating their location?

I mean, during the initial REGISTER, I can get there "expire" value
from the header and set it on my application, and when I get a
REGISTER with "expire=0", I can delete all entries.

But how do I update user location? I mean, will a UA send REGISTER at
regular intervals?
