I'm pretty sure the fetch cert stuff works (if you build with curl
support) and I can confirm that the signature check works.

Hmm - the stuff to generate the hashes and signatures is compliant
with 4474 (all the examples in 4474 were done with reciprocate so if
there are bugs in reciprocate, then there are bugs in 4474 so I am
quite confidant to say they are complaint. I'm less confident to say
there are no bugs :-).

I'm not sure about the higher level stuff to fetch a cert and check a
signature.
