perl Configure VC-WIN32 --prefix=YOURPATH
You need to use the format like C:\\program files\\openssl don't use C:\program files\openssl
for the variable YOURPATH,
otherwise, some error will occur.
You don't need a Debug version OpenSSL in order to build into resip. There are visual studio settings already for this ? ie. Debug-SSL and Release-SSL ? both of these settings can use the release version pre-built openSSL windows binaries available for download from the web.

Subject: [reSIProcate] Debug WIN32 build of openSSL
Anyone know how to run the configure scripts for openSSL to build a WIN32 debug version so that I can integrate TLS into resip?
