There is already a target in the main Makefile. Just type make dum and
it will build dum, resip and all of their dependencies.

out, or make your own target.  I made one that only builds resiprocate and
tests.  There probably should be a config thing for that.

Can I easily remove Repro from the resiprocate build?  As I understand it,
repro is a SIP proxy server.  All I would like to build is a SIP client
(i.e. DUM and SIP stack).  It does not look like there is a "./configure"
switch to exclude repro.
