Re: [reSIProcate] Failed to build resip

I've just patched configure to allow the db_cxx.h location to be specified in ./configure - this way repro is more likely to build. Debian is one platform that doesn't have db4/db_cxx.h, it is just /usr/include/db_cxx.h. Previously, the compile would fail at repro/BerkeleyDb.hxx. Hope this change doesn't break configure for anybody else, I've defaulted it to the way it was.

I wasn't sure about the HAVE_CONFIG_H stuff in repro/BerkeleyDb.hxx so I've just ignored that

We should scrub those old artifacts away.

If you want to make just rutil and resip, you need to ./
configure in the top directory, and call 'make rutil resip'. The
configure file in the resip directory appears to be from the old
autotools build, which has not been maintained for some time.

  Hello!
I want to build resiprocate stack on Debian GNU/Linux. I
checked-out
resiprocate-1.0-RC4. I want to build *ONLY* resip and rutil. I
tried to
build resip but "./configure" failed immediately:

configure: error: cannot find sources (resiprocate/
config.hxx.in) in . or ..

I edited configure script and replaced "resiprocate" with "stack".
"./configure" failed again:

configure: error: cannot find install-sh or install.sh
in . ./.. ./../..

If I comment out checks for install-sh/install.sh, configure
runs for a
while but fails to find a config.sub because $ac_aux_dir has no
value:

configure: error: cannot run /bin/sh /config.sub

So, my question is: can I build resip and rutil separately or I
have to
build whole project (which I don't want)?
  Thanks in advance!

  Best regards,
  Petyo Milotinov
