RE: [reSIProcate] resip and LCS

I have successfully setup an IM session using resip and LCS.  I did this over TCP and setup the resip endpoint as an authorized host, to avoid the Kerberos authentication and registration stuff.

I’ve also heard that others have had success using an LCS Access Proxy and federating resip with LCS using MTLS.  According to an old posting you need to setup the resip Security layer to use SSLv23 and not TLSv1.  I will trying out this configuration in a few months  - so if you find anything worth sharing – please let me know.

Subject: [reSIProcate] resip and LCS

I’m in the initial stages of a project were we would like to use resiprocate (and repro) with MS LCS 2005 sp1.  It appears from earlier posts that people have run into some problems attempting to do this.  I have two questions:

1) Using resiprocate, has anyone been successful getting beyond the initial issues and been able to write production code against LCS?

2) Anyone ever tried federating repro and LCS?

TIA,

Jeff
