RE: [reSIProcate] re-register to ondo sip server


The problem is that OnDo SIP Server did not echo back the rinstance parameter.  
So resip does not recognize the contact as it's own.  We should probably change 
resip to be a little more lienient in this situation and to use some expires 
value, in this case.
