RE: [reSIProcate] Difference between Retransmit200 or WaitForAck

WaitForAck is a timer for the total amount of time dum will wait for an
ack to be received before calling onAckNotReceived. Retransmit200 timer
is reset each time a 200 is retransmitted (due to a missing/late ACK).
This behaviour is correct.
