[reSIProcate] why I can't open reSIProcate_7_1.sln

I was got the resiprocate project files by SVN, I found a
reSIProcate_7_1.sln file, but when I open it by Visual studio 2002,
got a error:The selected file is not a valid Visual Studio solution
file.

what shall I do ?
