[reSIProcate] Use of sipXtackLib versus reSIProcate

I'm looking into development of an imbedded SIP phone.

Why does Sipfoundry have two different SIP stacks?

What are the pros and cons of using sipXtackLib versus reSIProcate?

Is one preferred over the other at this point?

Also, I noticed the sipXphone project exists only in the
http://scm.sipfoundry.org/rep/sipX/main/ and does not exist in any of the
branches.  What is the reason for this?  Is sipXphone being phased out?
