There's a wiki page gathering stuff for the ChangeLog (I have some stuff
from Derek I still need to cram in there). This will, I expect, drive a lot of what
we set in the README.

If others have cycles now to start working on the READMEs/ INSTALLs/ etc
(and don't have cycles to help make stuff work), please dive in.
