[reSIProcate] cvs 4178 problem

hi,

Got the latest cvs version 4178 and had few problems. (WIN)

 

1. resiprocate vs.net project didnt have TransactionUser.cxx file so link  problem.

2. on running basiccall.exe, got 503 service unavailable error.

 

is the basiccall.cxx missing any new api or parameter for one of its api? thANKS.
