[reSIProcate] problem compiling sbv resiprocate project!!

i have the last version of resiprocate (3941).

i'm compiling a project but i have this error:

error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol _GetBestRoute@12 referenced in function "public: static class resip::Tuple __cdecl resip::WinCompat::determineSourceInterface(class resip::Tuple const &)" (?determineSourceInterface@WinCompat@resip@@SA?AVTuple@2@ABV32@@Z)
