[reSIProcate] can we use a dynamically loaded library?

If we write some C wrappers just for the objects that we need to use
in resiprocate and use dlopen we could avoid the whole licence
thing....

linking is done at runtime so distro's shouldnt care,, and technically
any other library can be made to fit in there.
