It's likely your editor and OS that are adding them.
I think there is a property (propset) that can be set on files to
indicate their line-ending disposition. I think that it makes sense to
keep this project all with UNIX style line-endings. I'll try to fix
this shortly. I think it's a real pet peeve of a few people to
suddenly see a whole file get changed to CRLF instead of just LF. I
know because we've done it too. ;-)
