Apparently some of the files I'm checking in have the DOS eol (^M) character in them.  Does anyone know if there are some SVN client side settings I should be using to correct this, or is that supposed to be handled by the server?

PS.  I'm using TortoiseSVN client for windows.

Scott;
It's likely your editor and OS that are adding them.
I think there is a property (propset) that can be set on files to indicate their line-ending disposition. I think that it makes sense to keep this project all with UNIX style line-endings. I'll try to fix this shortly. I think it's a real pet peeve of a few people to suddenly see a whole file get changed to CRLF instead of just LF. I know because we've done it too. ;-)

Cheers,
Alan
