Cullen,

Please see the attached file Logger.hxx.diff and
Logger.cxx.diff got by using svn diff Logger.hxx -r
3434 and svn diff Logger.cxx -r 3434.

You only need to apply this diff to Logger.hxx and
Logger.cxx file.

I use it daily, so far so good.
