RE: [reSIProcate] Process for case where no response after receiving1xx in client INVITE transaction


How about this one? Upon entering PROCEEDING state,
stop the Timer B and then restart another Timer B,
when the second Timer B fires in PROCEEDING state,
send a 408 to the TU.
