What is the purpose of AppDialogSet?
BTW, can you remove the following two methods from
DialogUsageManager.hxx
ClientRegistrationHandle
findClientRegistration(DialogId id);
ServerRegistrationHandle
findServerRegistration(DialogId id);
Since there is no Dialog created for registration.
