Question for david: why is there a defineParam in Auth.hxx,
ParameterTypeEnums.hxx, ParameterTypes.hxx/cxx, ParserCategory.hxx/cxx
and
what happens if they are inconsistent?
Along these lines; I was wondering if our (duplicated) defineFoo(...)
macros
could be put into a commong file (one for Headers, one for Params) and
the
clients can include these files having defined the appropriate
expansion.
I noticed that there are two lists of defineMethod(...) marcos. I would
see us having a single MethodMacros.hxx file that can be included where
needed
after an appropriate #define defineMethod(x,y,x) { .... } as needed in
context.
