[reSIProcate] problem with TransportSelector on win98

It seems that when you run the stack on a win98 box, it fills in the
incorrect IP address for Contact and Via. Apparently the code in
TransportSelector::determineSourceInterface() doesn't work on win98...I love
windows.

Any windows gurus out there with an idea about this one?
