[reSIProcate] Vovida license blocks in Netxx?

        Vovida license blocks have been added to the following files:

tfm/contrib/Netxx-0.3.2/Makefile.MinGW
tfm/contrib/Netxx-0.3.2/docs/doxygen/Makefile
tfm/contrib/Netxx-0.3.2/docs/project/Makefile
tfm/contrib/Netxx-0.3.2/tests/io/Makefile

	Are these legit? (My intuition is "no") If I do not get an answer by  
5, these are being removed from the 1.1 release branch.
