    如果找不到就自己写一个吧.这个不难的，从sdk下的src下复制原码加到你的项目中就行了。

     你可以在ares_init.c中移除 init_by_environment 以及在ares_search.c中移除 single_domain 
中getenv("HOSTALIASES") 
这几行，这些代码只在类unix的系统中有效，win32一般不使用这种方法，或者你使用_WIN32_WCE这个宏把代码注释掉。
       关于ares的移植，我想很多的功能都你都可以试着可以去除的。

    我觉得resip不符合在wince上跑，大大了，建议你试试其他的stack.
