[reSIProcate] Problem with FdSet selectMilliSeconds()

Dear All,

I am new to the list. I have compiled the reSIProcate
stack in Windows. But when running the sample test
program, selectMilliSeconds() in FdSet is continuosly
returning -1 & its not waiting.

Please help me in this regard.
