[reSIProcate] reSIProcate new release coming

I'd like to propose that we shoot for doing a new release of resiprocate 
in November sometime. If there are any particular open issues that you 
would like to see resolved before the release, please let us know on the 
list asap.

This is a major revision with interface changes from the last release. 
(previous release 0.4.0)

As always, any commercial users of resiprocate are invited to let us 
know so we can add your names to our project page.
