Re: [reTurn-devel] Shared secret key?

The STUN RFC - RFC5389 describes what the concept of shared secret and how is used.  http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5389

Essentially the shared secret, is a representation of the username and password combination for either long term of short term credentials.

Hello,
Can anybody tell me what shared secret key is? I looked into the RFC and I could not find any reference to shared secret key. Is it by any chance the nonce key?

Thanks,
Yug
