Re: [repro-users] Error calling stat() for /.sipCerts

So it pretty much harmless. As its path hardcoded in source code and I never had problems with certs.

Feels like some leftovers for old code? repro already have these in config:
CADirectory
CAFile
CertificatePath

Seems like you are missing the .sipCerts directory, off the directory where
your binary is located.

If you are having cert problems, it's likely because it can't find the root
cert needed.

Upgraded to debian9 which includes repro 1.11.0~beta1, and noticed
during start there always error:

ssl/Security.cxx:245 | Error calling stat() for /.sipCerts: No such file
or directory

Maybe its harmless but I'm currently investigate (trying to reproduce)
problem with TLS connection when HOMER capture is enabled and repro stop
serving TLS connections (TCP will be accepted but won't send any data).

Since I don't know much repro code though I should bring that up.
