Most of this community would find having reply-to set to the list
unintuitive.
That's the field we expect to use to reach the poster privately.
(reply vs reply-all).

[Scott] I'm not a big fan of having my username in the display name
field and the email address pointing to repro-devel - this is very
misleading. In fact the emails you sent earlier today - I thought

just directed at me - since my email reader only shows display name.
Alternatively You can change Replay-To: tag in message. This can
prevent widespread mistake when I want reply to maillist but send
mail personally to author of message.

modifying
the Reply-To to go back to the list, instead of the original author.
