Ok. I will add also link to WebAdmin to program group.

This never happen for me. I will try to investigate this. Are you get
any Error/Warning message or service silently freeze?

Summary – what I need to do:
1) Move db files from exe dir to new location, if db found in old location
2) Move admin password from UserStore to parameters table if admin record
found in userStore.
3) Fix the bug in Parameters table when empty editbox not saved.
4) See for saving combo box ( comment 11)
5) Remove Using.html from distro and add link to web page. Add link to
http://localhost:5080.
6) Allow users to see default values in parameters web page.
7) Any other?
