[repro-devel] WebAdmin domain

Hello All.
I was seen in repro code and, as I can understand, found problem.
WebAdmin initialized with realm computed in function addDomains, that
is one of domain serves by proxy. We can’t foresee what domain will be
used for webadmin. This is dependent of  database used. When we change
domains list, we can unwanted change realm. I propose add command line
switch “—web-admin-realm” or “—web-admin-domain”. If switch not specified,
we use value from parameters table, than local hostname, than “localhost”.
