[recon-devel] recon can not build with the latest googlecode sipxtapi?

Hi

    I'm try to build recon use vs2005 last night, but failed. :(

    I thind the reason is I use the wrong sipxtapi version. I got the
from http://sipxtapi.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/.  There are not any
plg*.vcproj in the source. I try to remove them, but build still
failed.

    But I can't get sipxtapi from
https://scm.sipfoundry.org/rep/sipX/main, it's aways a bad link.

    Appreciate for anyone to help me.
