Something is missing here in your mail?
And no description of Macros below..

Hum... I haven't tested no-local-audio setup with recon
yet, but with our sipXtapi-based server it works fine.
I'm definitely interested in more information, but I'm
not sure in which one, as problem is fairly strange.
Lets start with what does MpMediaTask::signalFrameStart()
returns?
Also could you look into logs for ERR level messages?
Is there anything else strange in the logs?

Ugh... Windows 7...
I can't say we've done a lot of testing on it..
Well, to be fair, we've not done any testing on it...
And Windows as a server platform is a.. strange decision
for me. I more trust in *nix for servers.
But, we're definitely welcome more testing on different
platforms and encourage sharing test results with
the community.
