[Msrp] Doubts on Draft 13

Dear All,

I have some further doubts.

1) Sec 5.4, para 6 describes the behaviour of the client when the
first request on the connect is received. What should be behaviour for
the subsequent requests?

2) After a session is create by a passive endpoint if,
    a. a connection is not created for "a particular duration of time" or,
    b. a connection is created but no request is received for "a
particular duration of time"
What should the endpoint do? Is there a recommended value for "a
particular duration of time"? or is it dependent on the application?

3) Should the 401 and 506 be sent even when "Failure-Report" is no?

4) In case a response for a SEND request is expected should the
endpoint wait for the response before sending out the next chunk?

5) How can sender know what is the max length of chunk the receiver
can receive? Should this not be an SDP parameter?

Will highly appreciate a quick response.
